ADOPT A PLOT!
Care to test your green thumb? Talk to a board member about maintaining a plot or section of the park.

JOIN IN THE VISIONING PROCESS!
CADC welcomes and encourages community input into how the park develops. Check out the current
conceptual plan for the park. E-mail us your suggestions, or contact a board member to get involved.

IF YOU LIVE ADJACENT TO THE PARK, TEND TO THE AREA BEHIND YOUR HOME!
Trash trucks in the alleys leave a trail of debris behind on trash day. Weeds grow along the park fencing. Developers dump along the park perimeter. One person can't clean it all up, but most who live on the park can easily take care of the space behind their own homes. To have the city remove large items from the alley, call the Citywide Call Center at 202-727-1000 and schedule a free pick-up.

USE THE PARK!

Because it is an urban green space, our park can attract illicit activities. But the more we all use the park, the less likely it is to be used for illegal activities. So come out and let all know that our park is cared for and watched. Take a walk. Toss a ball. Throw a frisbee. Walk the dog. Have a picnic. Come and enjoy our Community Oasis. See
Rules of Park Use before you visit.

If you see or suspect illegal activities in or around the park, call 311 (the police non-emergency number).
